My background includes 15 years in Administrative Support assisting 'high level' executives at all levels  in various companies and industries. I have a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Business Administration with a major in Management and a minor in Communications. 

​

My mission as founder and sole proprietor of AVVA is to add value by giving excellent customer service, building relationships based on trust, and being dedicated to making sure expectations are met or exceeded.

​

Added Value Virtual Assistance is a service-based business specializing in online executive administrative support for busy entrepreneurs looking to improve productivity and profitability.

 

Services provided include but are not limited to:

  • Drafting communications and correspondence via emails, letters, memos, flyers, brochures, etc.

  • Business meeting planning and facilitation, including invitations, drafting agendas and materials, taking minutes, reserving space, helping create presentations, meal planning/catering arrangements, etc.

  • Event planning and facilitation for team meetings or customer appreciation.

  • Travel planning and arrangements

  • E-file storage set up and management

  • Light bookkeeping, accounts payable and receivable.

  • Customer relationship services i.e. meeting scheduling, reminders, service assistance, building positive relationships/rapport, etc.

  • Social media assistance with content creation, scheduled posting, monitoring engagement and building an online presence.
